A recent poll of Sarasota County residents indicated their biggest concern was growth and its affect to our quality of life. For over 25 years

Control Growth Now has attempted to protect and enhance all that makes Sarasota County a special place to live, work and visit.

Are you concerned about the impacts of development on neighborhood compatibility, traffic and the environment?  Do you believe growth should be made to pay its own way rather than the costs of growth placed on the backs of the taxpaying public?  Then come to our February 7th meeting and hear guest speaker, Control Growth Now president Dan Lobeck.  Mr. Lobeck’s presentation is: “Protecting our Community”, how to keep Sarasota County a desirable place to live, visit and do business.
Mr. Lobeck is a long-time Sarasota County attorney specializing in neighborhood associations.

NACA Perspective & Importance Of Membership:

NACA continues to be an organization of individual Nokomis homeowners collaborating for the betterment of our community and Sarasota County.  Collectively we can and do have a strong voice with our elected officials and decision-makers.  We truly are able to accomplish more as an organized group vs. any of us individually.  Please continue to be a NACA member, and please encourage your neighbors to join too.  Let’s continue to work together in ensuring that Nokomis remains a vibrant area providing an outstanding quality of life and appreciating property values.  Membership information is on our website, and will be at our February 7^th meeting too.
