Here’s a video taken on May 17, 2020 showing the progress of the master planned community by DiVosta Homes in Nokomis, FL on Route 681.  Calusa Lakes, a master planned, gated golf and tennis community is immediately to the South of the project.

Palmer Ranch, Sarasota and Nokomis, Florida is a master planned development of regional impact (DRI) that extends from just South of Clark Road (Sarasota) to South of Route 681 Nokomis). Calusa Lakes is the first community South of Palmer Ranch. Calusa Lakes is a gated golf/tennis community comprised of 575 custom homes constructed by several high end builders.
